Apparel Questions

All print designs are labelled with the available garment colour choices and sizes. If a size or colour is not available to you, I apologize in advance.

All of my designs and garments are produced in-house to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Every print is created by me, and I have full access to a professional printing press. For simpler designs, I use single-colour CAD vinyl for a clean and durable finish. For more intricate artwork or multi-colour prints, I use premium DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers, which I source from trusted suppliers to guarantee vibrant, long-lasting results.

To keep your prints looking their best, I recommend washing garments inside out at a cool temperature (30°C or below) on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, as these can damage the print. For both CAD vinyl and DTF transfers, tumble drying is not advised—air drying will help maintain the quality and longevity of the design. If ironing is necessary, always turn the garment inside out and avoid direct contact with the print. Following these steps will ensure your designs remain vibrant and durable wear after wear.

Order Questions

Absolutely. If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with me as soon as possible using the contact form on this page, and include your Order Number. I’ll always do my best to accommodate adjustments, but please note that additional charges may apply if re-printing or re-processing is required.

Orders can be cancelled, but it’s important to contact me as soon as possible using the form on this page and include your Order Number. Once production has started—whether that’s preparing a 3D print or processing a garment—cancellations may not be possible, or additional charges may apply to cover materials already used. I’ll always do my best to work with you on a fair solution.

I take great care to package every order securely, but if your item does arrive damaged, please reach out to me through the contact form on this page. Be sure to include your Order Number along with clear photos of the damage, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue and put things right.
